Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Cookies

Match You CV uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage:

  • Authentication cookies: Set by Supabase to keep you signed in across sessions. These are essential for the Service to function.
  • Local storage: We store your resume data and preferences in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you use AI features.
  • Session tokens: Temporary tokens used to maintain your authenticated session.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites. The only third-party cookies come from:

  • Supabase: For authentication and session management.
  • Notion OAuth: If you connect your Notion workspace, Notion may set cookies during the authorization flow.
  • Razorpay: During the payment process, Razorpay may set cookies for fraud prevention.

4. Essential vs Non-Essential

All cookies used by Match You CV are essential for the Service to function. We do not use any non-essential cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

5. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service, such as staying signed in.

To clear your locally stored resume data, you can use your browser's "Clear site data" option for matchyou.cv.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
